Miriam Marie Reynolds, of Lubbock, passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 78. She was born October 27, 1945 in Colleton County, Ruffin, South Carolina to the late Hugo and Grace Iriel. Marie married Robert Dean (Bob) Reynolds on April 20, 1963. She spent the early part of their marriage as a military wife, then her life became her children and grandchildren. Marie devoted her life to the caring and loving of her family.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter; Stacy Boyd (Bobby) of Lubbock; her sons; Greg Reynolds (Lucy) of Lubbock, Todd Reynolds (Megaen) of Amarillo, and Bradley Reynolds of France; three sisters; Inez Miller (Ken) of Tennessee, Venita Martin (Mendel) and Lois Ackerman (Newman), both of Ruffin; brother Roy Iriel (Cheryl) of Ruffin; and three grandchildren; Christopher Reynolds and Zachary Boyd, both of Lubbock and Libby Reynolds of Amarillo.
Marie was preceded in death by her husband, both parents, and her brothers; Whaley Iriel, Donald Iriel, and Raymond Iriel.
The family will receive friends during a visitation time on Wednesday, January 3rd, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, immediately followed by funeral services, at Combest Family Funeral Home, 2210 Broadway, Lubbock, TX 79401, 806-749-4483
