Missie Ann Hueper, age 52 of Mapleton passed away Monday June 3, 2024, at Mayo Clinic Health Systems – St. Mary’s Campus in Rochester.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday June 15, 2024, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in rural Minnesota Lake, Minnesota. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 – 7 p.m., Friday June 14, 2024 at Mankato Mortuary and continue one hour before the service on Saturday at the church. The service will be livestreamed at www.mankatomortuary.com .
Missie Ann Hueper was born June 23, 1971, to David and Terese (Moriak) Gavin in River Falls, Wisconsin. She was united in marriage on September 28, 2002 to Troy Hueper in River Fall, Wisconsin. Missie worked as a pharmacy tech for Mapleton Drug, CVS and Thrifty White.
Missie was a member of St. Paul Church in Minnesota Lake and the St. John Quilters. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, riding horse, pickleball, camping and spending time with family.
Missie is survived by her husband, Troy Hueper; three daughters, Karlie Hueper, Savannah Ruiz, Leah Hueper; mother, Terese (Dennis) Farrar; step-mother, Julie Gavin; three siblings, Jesse (Taya) Gavin, Molly (Joel) Bystrom, Joe (Shannon) Gavin; father-in-law, Charles Hueper; in-laws, Ann Hueper, Layne Hueper, Rich (Lori) Hueper, Marcus (Sarah) Hueper, Jay (Stephanie) Hueper; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by her nephew, Caleb Bystrom; cousin, Bill Reiff; mother-in-law, Shirley Hueper.
