Misty Rogers Moore

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Misty Rogers Moore, a member of the Tignall community, who left us on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025. Born on a peaceful Sunday, September 18th, 1977, in North Carolina, Misty graced the world with her kindness and creativity for 47 years.
Misty was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is lovingly survived by her parents, Kenneth and Dearlean Barker Rogers, who cherished her dearly from their home in Tignall. Misty's legacy lives on through her children: Christain Moore (Kaitlyn) of Indiana, and Zackery Moore (Inna) and Wyatt Moore (Emma) of Jacksonville, FL. Her granddaughter, Hazel Mae Moore, will grow up knowing the love and stories of her grandmother.
In addition to her children and granddaughter, Misty's memory will be held close by her brothers, Brandon Rogers (Miranda Bray) of Rayle, GA, and Justin Rogers (Kimberly) of Washington, GA. She was also a devoted aunt to nephews Carter Rogers and Jace Rogers, and nieces Cameron Rogers and Gracie Rogers. Misty's supportive and loving partner, Keith Wilson of Tignall, GA, stood by her side through life's journey.
Misty attended Washington Wilkes Comprehensive High School, where she developed a passion for creative arts. She found joy in making beautiful flower arrangements and transforming spaces through interior designing, always bringing a touch of elegance and love to everything she touched.
Misty's family plans to hold her memory close in their hearts, celebrating her life through the shared stories and cherished memories she leaves behind.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Hopkins Funeral Home for handling the arrangements with care and compassion during this difficult time. Although we say goodbye for now, Misty's spirit will continue to inspire and comfort those who were blessed to know her.
