Mitchell Beaudre

Mitchell Todd Beaudre, age 64, of Garden, Michigan passed away peacefully at home in Garden, Mich. on December 20, 2025.

He was born on September 9, 1961, in Manistique, Mich., the son of Richard and Lois (Ansell)
Beaudre-Saxon. He was one of seven children.

Mitchell graduated in 1980 from Big Bay de Noc High School. He then moved to Fort Worth, Tex. Where he went to work for the Foundry, manufacturing airplane parts. He married and had a son Christopher Beaudre, Fort Worth, Tx. He moved back to Garden, Mich. and married Darla Thomas from Manistique, Mich. where they reside in the Village of Garden.

Mitchell enjoyed hanging out with his wife and friends, He liked playing cards and board games and socializing. He is survived by his wife, Darla (Thomas) Beaudre, his son, Christopher Beaudre of Fort Worth, Tex., his mother Lois Beaudre-Saxon of Garden, Mich., sister Zandra (Buck) Swanson of Garden, Mich., Theresa (Randy) Lund of Manistique, Mich., Kay (Charlie) Tatrow of Garden, Mich., Becky (Robert) Stilson of Garden, Mich.,brother Allen (Cori) Beaudre of Garden, Mich., mother-in-law Frances Thomas of Manistique, Mich., brother-in-law
Dan Thomas of California, Diane Fugere of Minnesota, and Deb Tiglas of Manistique, Mich., Lucy Thomas of Manistique, Mich., and many nieces and nephews.

Mitch was preceded in death by his father Richard Beaudre, his sister Rose Mary Beaudre, his maternal and paternal grandparents, his father-in-law Leo N. Thomas and brother-in-law Doug J. Thomas.

Memorial will be held in May with a graveside service and luncheon afterwards.
