Mitchell Curtis Cairer Jr.

Mitchell Curtis Cairer, Jr., 37, formerly of Cole Camp, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025, as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Sugar Creek. He was born on July 25, 1987, in Kansas City, Missouri, a son of Mitchell Curtis Cairer, Sr. and Tammy Perez.
He grew up in Kansas City, Kansas, where he attended school and hung out with his friends. Mitch moved to Cole camp and worked for Classic's, Charlie's Buffet, and Lincoln Community Care Center. He enjoyed spending time with his grandma and cooking, his favorite treat to make was pineapple upside down cake.
He is survived by his father, Mitchell Cairer, Sr. of Sagrada Beach; his grandma, Rosemary Cairer of Cole Camp; sisters, Adeline Cairer of Odessa, Texas, and Tesla Perez of Edgerton, Kansas; niece, Harley, as well as a host of family and friends that he shared his upbeat spirit and big smile with.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Perez and grandpa, M.C. Cairer, Jr.
A celebration of Mitch's life will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Ezekiel Williams Park in Cole Camp beginning with a prayer service at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Stephen Zeller officiating followed by fellowship.
