Born in Pittsburgh, PA on August 14, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Daniel R. and Jerry L. Schneider Black, Sr.
She was a member of LifePointe Alliance Church.
Surviving are her son, Jake Takach (Kristie) of Cranberry Twp., her daughter, Karly Engles (Dylan) of Pittsburgh, her grandson, Jonah Lee Takach and two brothers, Daniel Black, Jr. (Michelle) in Ohio and Guy Black (Lisa) of Mars.
A Celebration of Life is being planned. Arrangements are under the direction of the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Inc. 238 Crowe Ave. Mars, PA 16046 and condolences are available at www.mcdonald-aeberli.com.
