March 11, 1978 – November 29, 2024
With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Monse, a man filled with love, generosity, and strength. He was born on March 11, 1978, in Los Angeles, California, to María Concepción Baca Corral and Monserrat Chavez Rascón (who has preceded him in death).
Monse was the proud father of two children, Karla Chavez and Ricky Chavez, who were his greatest pride and joy. He also leaves behind a profound impact on his sisters, Maribel Chavez and Selene Chavez Morales, and his brother, José Jesús Cerda, who will always carry him in their hearts.
Throughout his life, Monse faced many challenges but never stopped being a good and kind person. He always tried to see the best in people and life, and despite his struggles, his generous heart never wavered. Even when times were tough, he always sought to do the right thing and offer support to those in need.
Monse loved spending time with his family and friends. He always carried a smile and a sense of humor that brightened the lives of those around him.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and strength that will live on forever in our hearts. While his absence is deeply painful, we find comfort in knowing he is now at peace.
