Monty Ray Braden age 67, of Clinton, Tennessee passed away on August 15, 2025 at North Knoxville Medical Center. He was born on February 1, 1958 to the late Ray Braden and Wilma Shaw. Monty was of the Baptist faith and a member of Longfield Baptist Church. Monty was a member of the Coal Creek Car Club, he loved antique cars, anything UT VOLS, Dale Earnhardt, and he loved to play golf. He is preceded in death by his parents Ray and Wilma Braden, grandparents Tom & Mary Ruth Shaw, Hurstle and Blanche Braden, Uncles Billy Joe Braden, Lonnie Braden, Nickey Braden, Aunt Charlotte Braden Withers. Monty is survived by:

Funeral Service: 8:00PM, Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel in Lake City.
Interment: Family and friends will meet at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel in Lake City at 10:15am to go in procession to Indian Bluff Cemetery for an 11:00AM graveside service.
