Morgan Ellsworth Hall, 41, of Elizabethtown passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026, while at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville, NC. She was born on October 24, 1984, in Columbus County the daughter of James Thomas Hall, Jr. and Billie Sue Priest Hall.
Morgan is preceded in death by her father. Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Billie Sue Priest Hall of White Lake, fiancé Javiar Washington of the home, children Demia Bradleigh Smith and Drake Bradyn Washington, both of the home, brother James Thomas “Trey” Hall III and wife Cindy of Elizabethtown, Uncle Danny Priest and wife Jane of White Lake, Mother-in-love Elsie Washington of Bladenboro, and three nieces Ashton Liliana Hall, Evren Valentina Hall and Ivory Julietta Hall.
Morgan was a loving daughter, devoted mother and cherished friend. She enjoyed family time, keeping her home tidy and assisting her children with whatever they needed. Her mornings were always filled with tunes on the radio and a phone call with her mother. They often spoke multiple times a day. Morgan had a love of both sports and animals, especially dogs. Her endless compassion, gentle spirit and devotion will live on in the hearts and minds of all those who love her dearly.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 9th from 1-1:45 pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with a funeral service immediately following at 2 pm. Burial will follow the services in the Clarkton City Cemetery.
