Morgan Emma Jean Henderson, born March “number 7”, 2008 and passed away on November 11, 2024. Morgan was a dearly loved daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, great-granddaughter, niece, cousin, girlfriend and friend whose warmth and spunkiness touched all who knew her.

Morgan is survived by her parents, Tara and Darrell Henderson and siblings, Chelsea (Adam Tesdahl) and Christopher. Morgan was a proud aunt to Ryker and Ember Tesdahl who were a very important part of her life. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandparents, Terri and Tim Cook, Roxanne (Rick) Barnes, Darrell (Theresa) Henderson, and Patricia Parrott, along with aunts and uncles, Tonya (Justin) Quinlan, Angalee Cook, Mike (Dawn) Henderson, Josh (Lindsay) Abner. Morgan has six cousins that will miss her dearly, Grayson and Layton Quinlan, Delaney and Max Henderson, and Jude and Rosa Abner.

Morgan was known for her calm and warm presence. She was always quick-witted as a teenager, super silly as a child and always so easy to love. Morgan enjoyed spending time with her niece and nephew, camping with family, playing video games and riding minibikes with her cousins and brother, and hanging out with friends. She loved making things with resin art, ceramics class, crafting, and was very fond of plants and growing her garden. Morgan attended Tri-West High School and Ben Davis High School’s cosmetology program where she planned to follow in her mother’s footsteps to become a hairstylist. Morgan aspired to one day work at her mother’s salon and eventually take it over to be her own. She was also the type of girl who didn’t care where you were going, she just loved tagging along with you. Her father, Darrell, will always remember her as her own unique person and that she always danced to the beat of her own drum. And, that she loved stealing his Sublime tee shirt and all his work hoodies. Tara, her mother, will always remember how she would tease her about the Christmas song “I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas” and how they would exchange pictures of Hippopotamuses throughout the season. Morgan was fortunate enough to be born alongside her sister and brother, whom she adored so very much. She also was raised between two cousins, Grayson and Layton, who she shared a unique bond with followed by their younger aunt, Angalee. Morgan had a huge heart for all animals. Growing up she often was Nurse Morgan to her childhood dog, Molly, who she grew up with. Morgan sincerely loved her current animals: Sheldon, Lilo, Harvey, Sky and Rocket.
