Mori Preiss Obituary
Mori Ann was born on August 23, 1950 in Fairbanks, Alaska, to Margaret Katherine Kunz and Oliver Alexander Preiss. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters, Mitzi and Eileen.
She is survived by her nephews Ken (Ginny), Steve (Diane); niece and nephew Katy and Lee, great nephews Justin and Brent and families and her brother Oliver (Bo) Benedict.
Mori Ann's life was not without hardship, and she faced many battles along the way. Through it all, she maintained a kind and gentle heart. Her love for animals was truly boundless and brought her great comfort and joy.
For the past three-plus years, Mori Ann resided at Discovery Care, where she was deeply cared for and loved by many. Her family is profoundly grateful for the compassion, dedication, and kindness shown to her. They truly were "The Best" and their care brought comfort and peace during her final years.
No services are planned at this time.
Mori Ann will be remembered for her tender heart and the quiet strength she carried throughout her life.
