Moria Vojtko

Moira Curran Vojtko 83 of Roseland died peacefully on Thursday, December 14, 2023. Born in Paisley, Scotland, she originally came to the US in 1962 settling in Queens, NY before returning to Scotland and returning to Kearny in 1975 where she resided before moving to Roseland six years ago. Moira was employed as a credit a manager of the Reed Publishing Company in New York City and then Secaucus prior to her retirement.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Alexander Vojtko, by a son, David Parry of East Hanover, by two grandchildren, Ayden and Ian Parry and by a brother, Bernard Curran of Paisley, Scotland. Moira is predeceased by a brother, Ian Curran and by a sister, Roberta McColgan.
Funeral services will begin 10:30AM Tuesday at Hancliffe Home for Funerals, 222 Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover with an 11AM Mass at St. Rose of Lima RC Church. Visiting is Tuesday morning 9-10:30AM.
Memorial donations in Moira's name to the Alzheimer's Association are preferred to flowers.
