Morris was a proud veteran of the United States Navy during Vietnam, where he served with dignity and pride before and after his honorable discharge. He was a Tugboat Captain for over 30 years before entering his own Janitorial Company called Morning Star Enterprises. Most importantly he was a family man more than anything. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. His wife, Ethel, was the pride of his life before anything, the true joy of his life. Outside of his family he loved God, his faith was his passion and loved his worship at the Harvest Cathedral.
Chauvin Funeral Home and Crematory is honored to serve the family of Morris J. Foret.
