My heartfelt condolences to Moe's family and friends. I only knew him through the Logos Training Seminars over the past ten years. I know that he will be missed.

Dearest Family,
Words fall short of expressing my deepest sympathies for your loss. With Cindy a year & a half ago, and now Moe I know you are bearing an unimaginable weight.
I am but one of many whom this amazing couple impacted along the journey, attending a dozen of his/their Logos training seminars. For my wife Terri and I, it/they were so much more. She and Cindy became fast friends & commiserated their husbands doing Kingdom work. Oh the laughs they shared and looks they gave us!
Josh, Caleb, Eric & all...you will see them again on the Other Side! And I look forward to meeting all of you! I hope for now you will also remember another weight the Word speaks of:
"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Cor 4:17-18
Know of my prayers & support during these days. May the Lord be your comfort & peace.
Most Sincerely,
Dr. Travis Burleson

I was shocked and grieved when I heard that Morris had gone home to be with Jesus. I attended one of the early MP Camp Logos I and II seminars years ago and purchased some of his manuals. I was grateful for a man like Morris who would teach me and thousands of others how to use the Logos Bible Software.
Morris leaves a great vacuum in Logos training. Not only is there a great need in the U.S., but also across the world. Morris will be missed.
Thank you, Morris.

Mow was my first pastor and spiritual mentor! He took me under his wing and helped guide me closer to Jesus! He officiated my wedding. He was an amazing man!

My deepest condolences to the family, I pray that the Lord will show His presence to you in the upcoming days and weeks. Never forget the words in the book of Psalm 116:15-16 (KJV 1900)
15 Precious in the sight of the LORD Is the death of his saints. 16 O LORD, truly I am thy servant; I am thy servant, and the son of thine handmaid: Thou hast loosed my bonds.

My heart is broken. I will miss Morris so very much. He was my teacher and mentor for at least 20 years. I went to many of his Logos trainings in California and Arizona and have many fond memories of those times. In fact, I have to say that those times in his Logos conferences were some of the favorite times in my life - it was so much fun to study and learn from him - he was always so brilliant, such a great teacher, and challenged us all to learn and grow and use every tool available in Logos to study God's Word. He had this gift of being able to challenge us to use our utmost for the Lord's highest, to not be daunted or afraid, grab all the incredible tools found within Logos, and then launch out in the power of the Lord to study God's Word. I depend on using Logos every day and could have never written the books and studies in Quiet Time Ministries without all I learned from Morris. There is forever a ripple effect of the Lord at work through Morris not only in my life but in the lives of thousands worldwide. He loved God and His Word and it was always evident in everything he ever taught. I thank the Lord for Morris. The great comfort is that he is now face to face with the Lord and enjoying the reality of heaven. I can't help but think of those words in Hebrews 13:7 - "Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you; and considering the result of their conduct, imitate their faith." Morris is one of my Hebrews 13:7 heroes of the faith who had a faith I could imitate. If I could say anything to Morris now, I would say "thank you for your faithfulness and example - I'm sure you have already heard those words - 'Well done, good and faithful servant.'" With a grateful heart, Catherine Martin

Since the inception of MP Seminars, I have been a benefactor of Morris Proctor´s teaching and training in the use of Logos Bible software. But Moe was far more than a mere teacher or trainer to me. He was my brother in Christ, a fellow minister of the gospel and a fellow student of the word of God. I consider him a dear friend who enabled me, by demonstrating the powerful and ever-advancing functions of Logos Bible software, how to become more efficient and effective in the foundational task of studying, understanding and communicating the word of God. Moe´s gifts, dedication and commitment to excellence that shone through his training, motivated me to become a better steward of my gifts and ministry in preaching the gospel and in equipping the saints for the work of service. Undoubtedly, the impact of his ministry has been multiplied many times over, through those of us whose lives he touched and will continue to reach through MP Seminars. Moe has finished his earthly course and is now with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and his wife, Cindy, who preceded him to glory. I pray this knowledge will comfort those of us who have suffered this great loss, especially his family members and close friends.

I haven't seen Pastor Moe in probably 20 years, but he was one of the very best positive influences in my late childhood and early teen years. I would have been in really bad shape without his messages. My heart goes out to his family, and my prayers are with you in this tough time.
Know that he had a deep impact on so very many people, I think that story is far too long for it to ever be fully told until perhaps in Heaven. I know I will never forget him, nor countless other people... and of course God knows the impact this soldier had towards His Kingdom.
His heart and love came through with every word he spoke, and that's a very rare quality to find... I can find someone any day of the week to do Biblical expository, but particularly with those intellectual folks Moe's caring, passion, and love for the flock made him stand out greatly.
You will be missed in this world, old friend and mentor, but Heaven has a grand new addition.

I came to know Morris through learning Logos Bible Software over many years in my office in California. His training was always thorough and made me feel like he was talking to me. The Lord beautifully used Morris to spread His Word and challenge leaders like me, to capitalize on all Logos Bible Software offered to grow personally in God's grace and equip His saints. The Lord used him mightily for His glory. My condolences and prayers to his family and friends. My prayers are also for the MP staff as they prepare to move forward to keep Morris' legacy alive. God bless

I have considered Morris a friend for the last 20 plus years. Having attended multiple camps, he made me a better Bible student, and pastor. He will be missed as a kingdom equipper.

I praise God for the life of Morris Proctor. His love for Jesus, for the Word, and for the expository preaching of the Word were evident. It was a gift from heaven above to be in one of his seminars a few years ago. Within the first few minutes, it was apparent that our time together wasn´t nearly as much about Logos (even though he certainly made that tool much more useful to me), rather, the time together was about the Word, about making it known, and above all, about making Jesus known first and foremost. Thank you, Lord, for the life and influence of Morris Proctor. I´m praying for all those who grieve this loss, temporary though it may be for all those who will see this dear man again.

It saddens my heart to hear that Morris passed away. Morris was one of the best athletes I ever knew. He was an amazing baseball player and wrestler. He was always a good example in how he lived. I was impacted by his life growing up together. I´m now living in California, so I won´t be there for the funeral. I will pray that God comforts the family in their loss.

I have only had the joy and privilege of knowing Morris over the last couple of years, since the Lord call me into the ministry. Being that the Lord called me later in life than many others, I have been greatly helped by the Logos software in preparing to preach the gospel each week... However, without Morris' training, patience and encouragement to learn! I never would have grasped so many of the tools I now use daily as I try to, with the Spirit's leading, carefully study the Word of God.
What was evident throughout every Webinar I joined was not only Morris' incredible professionalism, clarity of speech and his passion for Logos, but far, far more, was His desire to help others, that included me, to better understand, prepare and to clearly proclaim the awesome gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I never met Morris (and I will now regret not popping across for camp Logos), but I look forward to meeting him one day and whilst worshiping our Saviour together, I will also thank him for all his help.

I am in the class of 1979 and my memory of Morris is that he desired to serve the Lord in the ministry and that was his dream job.

Morris´ leadership was evident from his days in the youth group led by my husband and I at Donelson church. He went on the be declared "my best student" by Jonathan at the Bible College. We bonded as church staff colleagues and close friends for all the decades to follow as he moved on to devote his time and talents elsewhere. I am blessed because he introduced to Logos. We shared so many life experiences together and regarded one another as family. I will miss him always!
