Mr. Charles James Russ, Jr.,44, of Taylors, South Carolina, transitioned Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at North Greenville Hospital. Born in Indiana he was a son of Charles James Russ, Sr. and the late Phyliss Witt.
Survivors: Three sons, Bradley Karl Russ, Brooks Ladson Russ and Smith Charles Russ all of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Shawn Russ and Sardee Russ of Indiana; three brothers: Keenan Harderson and George Witt, Jr. of Greenville, SC; and Marus Russ of Indiana, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation: Thursday, July 31, 2025, 5:00pm - 8:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary.
Funeral Services: Friday, August 1, 2025, 12:00pm, at Upstate Church Haywood, with interment private.
