Mr. Roy Lee “Clocky” Jenkins, Jr., 69, of Taylors, South Carolina, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at his residence. Born in Greenville County, he was the son of the late Roy Lee Jenkins, Sr., and Essie Mae Gambrell.
Surviving: his wife, Brenda Jenkins, of the home, four daughters, Leslie McRae, Gail Byrd, Alberta Byrd, Teisha Byrd, all of Greenville, SC; two sons, Marcus McRae, and Rico Jenkins, both of Greenville, SC; five sisters, Gloria Jenkins, Elizabeth Jenkins, Caroline (Rev. Nathaniel) Poole, Sharon (Rev. Kenneth) Cannon, all of Greenville, SC; and Constance (Wesley) O’Neal, of Travelers Rest, SC; his mother in law, Jennie Lee Franklin, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Sunday, August 4, 2024, 2:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Mt. Olive CME Church, Cemetery.
