Mrs. Jacquelyn Wilkins Anderson, age 80, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 18, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Anderson was a devoted member of Appalachee Baptist Church of Auburn. Jacquelyn enjoyed taking trips to the mountains to camp with her family and friends. She was a very loving woman that cared for everybody. Mrs. Anderson will be remembered best as a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Anderson and her parents, J.B. and Imogene Wilkins.
She is survived by her daughters, Suzy (Harley) Whitt of Auburn, Lisa Anderson of Winder, and Jan (Gary) Watson of Lavonia; brother, Philip (Diane) Wilkins of Monroe; three grandchildren, Hannah (Dennis) Moon, Tayler Givens, and Morgan Givens; and seven great-grandchildren, Kaydence Givens, Paris Little, Canaan Moon, Zoey Little, Isaac Moon, Bethany Rose Moon, and Owen Mitchell.
The service to honor the life of Mrs. Anderson will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Appalachee Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Moon, Rev. Jonathon White, and Rev. David Wilkins officiating. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 1:00 PM until the service hour at Appalachee Baptist Church. A private family burial will be held at Walnut Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Lawrenceville.
The family welcomes flowers or donations can be made to the Arthur M. Blank Children's Healthcare of Atlanta or the Shriners Hospital for Children.
Maddox-Carter Memorial Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
