Mrs. Willie Winfrey Obituary
Mrs. Willie Nell Winfrey, 75 of Hot Springs Village, AR passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025. Nell was preceded in death by her father Cleveland Agee Sr; mother, Willie Gurt Agee, and brother Christopher Agee.
Nell is survived by her loving husband John Winfrey of (56 years); and her daughter Bridget Winfrey and grandson Hidden Pettaway. Forever cherished and remembered by her siblings Clint Agee (Josephine); Cleveland Agee, Jr. (Delores), Thaddeus Agee (Jackie) and Annetter Jenkins (Bobby).
Nell was born in Magnolia, AL and later moved to Omaha, NE where she met John. Nell retired from Douglas County in Omaha. She created many memories enjoying fishing, crocheting and cooking for her family and friends. She truly loved her grandson Hidden. Nell brought joy to so many lives and will be truly missed. John and Nell later moved to Hot Springs Arkansas Village in 2018.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 21st, 2025, 11:00am at CedarVale Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place immediately following at CedarVale Cemetery. Pallbearers: Steve Agee, Vendarryl Jenkins, Jonathan Winfrey, Hidden Pettaway, Mike Barnes and William Winfrey.
