Muriel Allard Stewart Turgeon, age 97, passed away on September 17th, 2025, in the Tidewell Hospice House, in Bradenton, Florida. She was born on November 20th, 1927, in Conway, New Hampshire, and moved to Florida in 1975 after living in Wyoming and Idaho for 22 years.
She graduated from Burnett Business College in Boston, Massachusetts, and spent 30 years working for Certified Public Accountants.
Muriel is survived by her children, Larry Stewart (Maricruz), Donald Stewart, Debra Voye (Brian), Edward Poutre, Brian Wiggin, and Bill Keyes. Her grandchildren include David Cook (Sarah), Tamera Cummings (Steven), Chris Wiggin (Janelle), Ben Wiggin (Erin), Josh Magner (Dallas), Mike Poutre, and Michelle Philips (Chris). Her great-grandchildren include Mackenzie Marguerite Wiggin, Kamdyn Kate Wiggin, Alyson Amiee Wiggin, Connor Wiggin, Lydia Wiggin, and Joseph Philips.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Frank Allard, her sister, Gerry Archibald, her husband, Rev. Adelor Joseph Turgeon, Jr., her daughters Linda Poutre and Nancy Keyes, and her granddaughter, Tina Poutre.
There will not be any local services. Burial will be in Conway, New Hampshire.
