Myra J Beegle 79, of Dodge City, Kansas she passed away on Friday, August 8th, 2025 at 2:55 p.m. in Dodge City, Kansas, with her Son, Mark, & Grandson/Son Michael & granddaughter-in-law, Virginia, by her side through it all. Myra was born on April 8, 1946, in Kankakee, IL, to Frank & Mary Welch. She was baptized as an infant. Myra met the love of her life, Raymond Y Beegle, after his enlisted in the United States Air Force.

Myra and her family relocated to Texas in the 1980s. Myra loved to go out on the boat with Raymond & he kids fishing, she loved gardening, picking up pinecones, crocheting, and playing games like mahjong & solitaire. Myra also loved cooking and would make sure no one went home hungry.

Myra was a strong woman who fought many illnesses like breast cancer, dementia, & Alzheimer's and cardiac disease. She lived a long life, and she was a loving mother, daughter, and grandmother. Myra was a hard-working woman. She was a clerical aid, and then she worked in the nursing field in Texas. She was also busy, not just raising 4 children but also raising her grandson Michael, since he was 3 years old.

Myra was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Beegle, Daughter Sheila Torres in Texas, Her parents Frank & Mary Welch of Kankakee IL, Her Brothers Frank & Butch Welch.

Myra is survived by her sister, Melody Johnson & Pat McMahon. Myra has 4 children two sons Tim & Mark Beegle; two daughters, Sheila Torres & Vickie Green of Texas & Grandson/Son Michael Lopez & his spouse Virginia of Lawton, Oklahoma. She has 10 grandchildren, Michael Lopez, Odessa Sanchez, Austin Sanchez, Amber Sanchez, Tommy Sanchez, Mercedes Sanchez, Steven & Scott Beegle, Stephen & Taylor Beegle. She also had Several great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

Per Myra's request there will be no services she wanted to be cremated and have her ashes buried at the D.F.W Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
