Mrs. Myrtle Kathleen Rearden Clark, age 87, wife of the late John Sidney Clark, Sr., entered into rest on Sunday December 14, 2025.

She is survived by her children, Kathy (Jamie) Boswell, Cindy (Karl) Deily, John S. (Carlene) Clark, Jr., Phillip Matthew (John) Clark, Mark (Linda) Clark; nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by her parents, Reginald P., Sr. and Maggie Lee Reece Rearden; brothers, Wilford Tracy Rearden, Reginald P. "Buddy" Rearden, Jr.; sisters, Jean Rearden-Sanders Szasz, Margie Rearden Bush, Miriam Rearden Summer, Bernice Rearden and Louise Rearden Douda.

Myrtle was a member of Highland Pines Baptist Church in Aiken, SC. She worked at Thermo Disc (ASCO) as a production operator but was best known for her work at Big Discount as a salesperson. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service honoring her life will be held on Friday December 19, 2025, at 3pm in the chapel of Jackson Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Wesley Greene officiating. The interment will follow at Aiken Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Daniel Clark, Patrick Clark, Tyler Clark, Ben Boswell, Mark Clark and Louis Storey. Forrest Storey will serve as an Honorary Pallbearer.
