Nadyne Copeland, age 93, passed away Friday, August 22, 2025, at her home in Olney, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, in Restland Cemetery with Rev. Harrell Braddock, Jr. officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.

Nadyne was born in Archer City, Texas, on November 24, 1931, to the late John and Edna (Green) Hudson. She married Robert Copeland in January of 1950, and spent fifty years together before he preceded her in death in 2001, they enjoyed going to cutting horse shows together. Nadyne was able to find love again with Don Dunagan, and they were married in March of 2010. They spent thirteen years together before he preceded her in death in May of 2023. She was a supervisor at Remington Corp. in Graham, Texas, and also a supervisor at Haggar Slacks for thirty-one years before she retired. After she retired, she went to work at the Olney Community Library. Nadyne loved music and enjoyed going to dances with both of her husbands. Nadyne lived a majority of her life in Olney and was a two-time breast cancer survivor.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Robert Copeland and Don Dunagan, two brothers, Pete Hudson and Bill Hudson, and a host of cousins and sisters-in-law.

Nadyne is survived by her children: Cynthia Copeland and her wife, Virginia, of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Sheri May and her husband, Randy, of Grandbury, Texas, and her son, Bob Copeland, of Olney, Texas. She is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
