Nan B. Fudge, 84, of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, June 7, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Oneida, KY on September 28, 1940, and grew up in Mistletoe, KY, one of thirteen children to the late Dewey and Flarence Couch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twelve siblings.
Mrs. Fudge was a member of her childhood church and more recently attended Shiloh Christian Church. She was a member of the Argo-Summit Eastern Star and was formerly active for over 20 years with the Adair County Food Pantry. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and gathering with her family and friends.
Survivors include her daughter Michelle Fruth of Glensfork, KY; two grandchildren Austin and Aspen Fruth both of Glensfork, KY; a sister-in-law Joann Trumpis of Columbia and several nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
Funeral services will be 10:00am Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00pm and will continue Wednesday morning until time for the service at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
Rev. Douglas Hawkins and Bro. Randy Young will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Austin Fruth, Levis Keltner, Larry White, Anthony Koenig, Wayne Toney, and Mark Klingberg. Honorary pallbearer will be Glen Burton.
