Nancy Allan Obituary

Nancy married her husband, Dave, in 1978 at Incarnation Church in Melrose. They would eventually settle in Malden to raise their family. Nancy always provided so much support for her husband who was always involved in numerous charitable activities in Malden, she was his rock. Family was always her top priority, nothing gave her more joy, and when her grandsons came along she had endless love to give. Nancy always looked forward to taking trips with her husband, visiting Aruba twelve times and taking their "mandatory California trip" every year to visit with family.
Nancy is survived by her mother, Louise (Daley) Grover of Melrose. She was the beloved wife of Dave Allan of Malden. Loving mother of Kristin Allan & her partner Eric, and Michael Allan & his partner Melissa, all of Malden. Proud grandmother of Nicholas Bjork and Lucas Allan, both of Malden. Caring sister of Daniel Grover & his wife Patsy of Malden, Susan Novak & her husband Larry of Peabody, Tommy Grover & his partner Angela of NH, and sister-in-law of Laurie Austin & her husband Gary of Littleton, MA, and Dottie Allan of Ayer, MA . She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visiting Hours will be held from 2:00 - 6:00 PM on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose. A Funeral Service will be held at the Gately Funeral Home at 10:00 AM on Monday, September 29, 2025. Interment to follow the service at Forest Dale Cemetery, 150 Forest St., Malden. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
