Nancy J. Brintnall, age 86, of Medina, Ohio, passed away surrounded by her family on March 2, 2025. She was born to Gilbert and Marion (Fulton) Gross on August 25, 1938, in Lodi, Ohio. Nancy was a teacher at Medina City Schools for 25 years and paramedic with Medina LST for 15 years. She was a member of Medina United Church of Christ Congregational.
Nancy was very passionate about golf, was a member of Ridgetop Women's Afternoon League, and enjoyed tennis in her free time. She loved reading and shared that with those in The Afternoon Club of Medina. Nancy was an avid bridge player and a huge Ohio State Buckeye fan.
Nancy is survived by her children, Jeffery Brintnall (Lori) and Beverly Schueren (Scott); her grandchildren, Michael (dec.) Brintnall (Dima), Stephanie Dobben (Nick), and Zachary Schueren; her great grandchildren, Kyle Brintnall, Lily Brintnall, and Marilyn Jane Dobben; and a lifetime of collected friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donation to be made in Nancy's name to a children's literacy program, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library of Ohio, P.O. Box 340734, Columbus, OH 43234, or at www.ohioimaginationlibrary.org/donate.
Family will receive friends on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Waite Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, OH 44256. Memorial service will be Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest privately alongside her parents at Spring Grove Cemetery in Medina, Ohio.
