Nancy S. Brunk
DOVER – Nancy Sarah (Jacobs) Brunk, 92, entered into rest at 8:16 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at UPMC Memorial in York. She was the wife of the late Billy D. Brunk.
Born November 24, 1931 in York, Nancy was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Helfrich) Jacobs.
She was a member of Dover Bethany Global Methodist Church in Dover.
Nancy enjoyed playing games and cherished the time spent with her family.
She is survived by a son, Dennis Brunk and wife, Nancy A. of York; two daughters, Sharon Hippensteel of Dover and Stephanie Paull and husband, Brad of Dillsburg; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Clarence Jacobs and three sisters, Carolyn Jacobs, Lois Eisenhour and Barbara Snyder.
Following cremation, relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Nancy's memorial service at 11 a.m. and the visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, August 19, 2024 at Dover Bethany Global Methodist Church, 4510 Bull Road, Dover. Burial will be in Dover Bethany Cemetery. Officiating will be her pastor, the Reverend Salvatore Buonocore. Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Providence Place of Dover, 3377 Fox Run Rd., Dover, PA 17315; or Dover Bethany Global Methodist Church, 4510 Bull Rd., Dover, PA 17315.
