It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Nancy Jane Crannell Bryant, who departed this life on 4 November 2025 at the age of 86. Nancy was born on January 25th, 1939, in Dallas, Texas, and throughout her life touched the hearts of all who knew her.
My mom was known for her kindness, generosity, selflessness, and unwavering commitment to her family. A devoted mother, wife, and friend, she brought joy and laughter to everyone who knew her.
My mom was passionate about her children more than anything else in her life. Nothing mattered more to her. We were her everything. Raising four boys by herself while also working a full-time job consumed her. She never had a life of her own. We were her life. Taking care of her boys is all she ever wanted to do. She sacrificed everything for our happiness.
Nancy is survived by sons Jeffery, James, and Christopher Bryant; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren who will forever cherish the memories and legacy my mother leaves behind. She was preceded in death by my father James Bryant who passed away in 2018. Her oldest son Steven passed away just two weeks prior to her own passing.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, followed by a memorial service on November 13, 2025 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie, Texas. Friends, family, and all whose lives were touched by Nancy are invited to attend and celebrate her life.
My mom’s spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. We will never forget you, mama. We love you, just as you always loved us.
