Nancy Elaine. Campbell (nee Gardiner), a cherished pillar of warmth and joy, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2024, at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, MA. Born in Quincy, MA, Nancy's life journey was marked by an unwavering dedication to her family, an infectious zest for life, and a heart always ready to embrace new adventures.
Nancy was married for 57 years to her husband, William "Mike" Campbell. Together, they created a beautiful family and were blessed with three sons: Mark Campbell of N. Weymouth, Christopher Campbell of N. Quincy, and the late Andrew Campbell, who she now joins in eternal peace.
Raised in Milton, Nancy was a proud graduate of Milton High School and Miss Brooks Jr. College in Boston.
She lived life to the fullest. Nancy along with her Mother "Bama" spent many winter months in Lauderdale-by –the Sea. Her friendship was a gift to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She approached every day with a smile, every challenge with grace, and every person with an open heart.
Her siblings, Janet Burke and her husband David of Norwell, Frederick Gardiner Jr. of Milton, and Cheryl Onorato and her husband Joseph of Milton, will hold dear the memories of their sister's vivacious spirit and the countless moments of joy she brought into their lives. Nancy, also leaves nieces and nephews along with many lifelong friends.
Her spirit will continue to inspire us, and memories will bring us comfort. Nancy's journey on this earth may have come to a close, but the impact of her beautiful soul will be felt for generations to come.
Nancy's love will remain with us always.
Funeral services will be private and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
