Obituary of Nancy Lorrain Corak
Nancy Corak was born in Dearborn, Michigan on November 12, 1942, the daughter of Dorothy and Jack Bell. At age 3 they moved to Anaheim, California where she lived for the rest of her childhood. Her mother later married her stepfather, Ed Pressel. Nancy graduated from high school in Anaheim, and lived in several areas including San Diego, and Lebanon OR. She eventually settled in Puyallup Washington with her three children Dana, Lisa, and Frank. In 1980 Nancy and Tom Corak married in Las Vegas. Nancy and Tom had a son, Tom Corak Jr. She had many wonderful memories with her husband, Tom, and family.
She loved music and the ocean. Her favorite color was yellow, and her birthstone was yellow amethyst. She loved roses like her mother and daughter Lisa. She always dreamed of going to Italy where her great grandfather was from. Nancy worked various jobs including retail management. She worked at a children's hospital and a care facility for the elderly. Her patients loved how kind and caring she was. She had a great sense of humor and an amazing smile.
Nancy is survived by her husband Tom, her daughter Lisa Wunder, son Frank Spady, son Tom Jr., two sisters Sharon Zieman and Jackie Sutherland, one brother Carl Pressel, and grandchildren Brandon, Angel, Josh, Tess, Joshua Chad, Brooke, Bryce, Noah (Majesta), Micah, Mya, and Savannah. She was a very sweet, loving mother and grandma to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by both parents, stepfather, and her daughter Dana Baker (Wunder).
