Born Nancy Jean Shuster on March 29, 1936 – Nan would grow up in the Northeast side of Canton until moving to North Canton in her teenage years. A lifelong area resident Nancy (Nan) Dreher lost a brief battle with Cancer on August 29, 2025. During her 89 years Nan built a wonderful life with her husband of 67 years, Clarence A. Dreher who survives his wife along with their son David P. Dreher, and spouse Shari R. (Becknell) Dreher and her daughter Jill Dreher-Intoccio and spouse, James Intoccio. Nan is also survived by four grandchildren, Nikole Renne (Dreher) Campbell, Kathryn Anne Dreher, Courtnee Noelle Dreher, Sierra Raquel Intoccio, and eight great grandchildren.

Nan was employed by Serv-o-nation where she worked as a cashier at The Hoover Company for many years. She loved that job, and the many co-workers and friends she made there. She also enjoyed gambling at the nearby casinos and taking long Sunday drives to nowhere in particular.

Nan had that innate ability to befriend anyone, at any place, at any time. If you left her alone with a stranger for longer than five minutes, she would know every personal detail about that individual and would have invited them for dinner. Always quick with a smile, and occasionally a sarcastic zinger, Nan not only lit up a room, but charged it with an energy that only she could create, an energy that made you want to be near her, an energy that will be desperately missed.

Nan was preceded in death by her mother Bertha Shuster and father Paul Shuster Jr. along with many other friends and relatives, who are now undoubtedly very excited to be able to once again bask in her one of kind love, humor, and energy.

As a lifelong lover of animals, the family is requesting that in lieu of flowers that a donation of either time or money be made to the Stark County Humane Society in her remembrance.
