Nancy Jane Dunn (Carson) 1963-2025
Nancy Jane Dunn (Carson), 61, passed away January 1, 2025. Nancy was born in Canton, Ohio the daughter of George and Shelby (Gatten) Carson. She resided in Akron her entire life. Nancy enjoyed Baking, Diamond Painting, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Earl Dunn Jr. ; son Curtis Philip Lybarger; sisters Debbie (Johnson) and Penny (Talbert).
Nancy will be deeply missed by her sons Bryan Hoover and Greg (Jessica) Hoover ; daughter-in-law Katelyn Lybarger; step sons Jonathan (Liz) Patterson and Josh Patterson; grandchildren Shelby, Michael, Kamrin, Landon, Cheyenne, Kaydin, Aaliyah, Lainie, Carter, Jaxon, Mason; and great-grandchild Kartier; many nieces nephews and friends.
Per Nancy’s request cremation has taken place. Those who wish may make donations in Nancy’s name to American Cancer Society

Visitation will be held from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, Friday, January 10th at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron) where memorial service will be held at 5:00pm with Pastor Stephen Neumeyer officiating.
