Nancy W. Evans

Nancy W. Evans, 67, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025 in Park Ridge, IL. She was born January 16, 1958 in Chicago, IL and had been a longtime resident of Mundelein, IL. Nancy was a true enthusiast of 1960s,70s,and 80s television. Some of her favorite programs included Ponderosa, The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Munsters, The Addams Family, The Brady Bunch, The Carol Burnett Show, and Three"s Company. However, her two all-time favorite were The Partridge Family and The Monkees. She enjoyed the music from these shows, often singing along perfectly on beat and getting up to dance.

Beyond her favorite shows, Nancy had a deep affection for all the pets our family had over the years, especially our two German Shepherds. She also had a particular fondness for the "real thing", Coca-Cola, and her favorite candy, Tootsie Rolls.

Nancy was a kind an gentle soul. She remains an everlasting reminder to all of us that love is truly what the world needs.

A visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. followed by a service at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave. in Libertyville. Interment will follow to Lakeside Cemetery in Libertyville. For info: 847-362-3009 or share a memory at www.burnettdane.com.
