Nancy Carol Floyd, 38, passed away Sunday night, November 19, 1989 as the result of a car wreck.
She was born December 30, 1950 at McDowell, a daughter of Wilmer C. and Irene Ober Smith.
On March 20, 1971 she married Thomas Austin Floyd.
She was a member of McDowell Presbyterian Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of the McDowell Volunteer Fire Department.
In addition to her parents and husband, survivors include a daughter, Angela Dawn Floyd of the home; two sons, Thomas Lee Floyd and Roger Dale Smith, both of McDowell; two sisters, Yvonne Marie Smith of Churchville and Susan Lynn Smith of Monterey; and two brothers, Wilmer Junior of Verona and Larry Wayne Smith of McDowell.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Smith; ad a sister, Patricia Smith.
A service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday at Obaugh Funeral Home by the Rev. Bernard Skeens. Burial will be in McKendree Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Craig Smith, Gary Eutsler, Albert Moats, William Huffman, Tony W. Rohrbaugh and Cecil E. Rohrbaugh.
