Nancy L. Hrabal

Nancy L. (Auer) Hrabal, 91, of Macungie, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at the Lehigh Valley Inpatient Hospice Unit, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Victor J. Hrabal, Jr. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey on May 28, 1934, Nancy was the daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Reich) Auer. Nancy was salutatorian of Hasbrouck Heights High School and attended Fairleigh Dickenson University. Nancy was a founding member of St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, Allentown where she worked for 32 years, served as president of the Women's Guild, was a Eucharistic Minister and lead the "Have a Heart" for widows' group. Nancy played tennis until age 84 and enjoyed reading, sewing, knitting, making flower arrangements, and spending time with her lifelong friends.

Survivors: children, Thomas Victor Hrabal (Lisa) of Chadds Ford, Michelle Nicholas (Shane) of Anthem, AZ, David J. Hrabal of Macungie, Christine Seibert of Boothwyn, Mary B. Kazmer (Steve) of Allentown; brother, Lawrence Auer (Karol) of Warren, VT; predeceased by son, Michael Charles Hrabal (Hazel Hrabal) and sister, Valerie Asselin. Nancy's leaves a large legacy of grandchildren, Lucas Hrabal, Eric Hrabal, Molly Baldwin, Andrew Hrabal, Joe Albeck (Azure), Jason Albeck (Melanie), Josh Albeck (Francesa), Jesse Albeck (Ashley), Stephanie Cain (Robert), Helen Hrabal, Ryan Seibert, Nicholas Kazmer, Alexander Kazmer; and great grandchildren, Kora, Fiona, Jackson, Connor, Brooke, Parker, Jason, Evan, Kaden, Alaina, Damian, Cecilia, April (Eric), Gavin, Cooper, Chase, Maxwell, Jayde, Bee, Natalie, Maggie, and Dani.

Service: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at St. Thomas More Church, 1040 Flexer Avenue, Allentown. Family and friends may pay their respects from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the church. Interment will follow services at Resurrection Cemetery, Allentown.
