Nancy Hyneman Obituary
Nancy Hyneman, 91 of Princeton, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024 at her home in Princeton. She was born April 12, 1932 in Princeton to the late George Lynn and Marietta (McCarty) Lynn. Nancy worked at what is now known as Duke Energy for 28 years. She attended Broadway Christian Church in Princeton. She was an avid reader and loved watching sports, especially football. In her younger days, she liked to travel and be a shih tzu dog owner. She was dearly loved and will be missed beyond measure.
Nancy is survived by her children, Teri Bates of Evansville and Bret Bates of Fort Myers, Florida; grandchildren, Ashley Mealey, Jerred Bates, Jody Soden, and Bryan Williams; 8 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, Tracy Robb, Casey Robb, and Mark Robb.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Hyneman in 2003; sister, Joanne Robb; niece, Cindy Robb; and nephew, Tom Robb.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Brother Tony Friedman officiating. Burial will follow at Columbia White Church in Princeton. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 1 until the service time at the funeral home.
