Nancy was raised by Gunnar and Flora Holmberg in Gladstone, MI. She completed her nursing training at Augustana Hospital and retired as a Registered Nurse.
Beloved wife of the late Phillip. Loving mother of Thomas and Julie Joseph. Cherished grandmother of Brin (Drew) Friedman, Ethan and Owen Joseph. Proud great grandmother of Ava Friedman. Dear sister of the late Juanita Swenson and the late Chester Holmberg. Fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nancy's name to the American Heart Association www.heart.org.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 10:30 AM in the Life Center at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 111 W. Olive Street, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
