Nancy T. (Keenan) Klenk, 70, of Pottstown, PA, passed away on January 5, 2024, at Pottstown Hospital. She was the wife of the late George E. Klenk Jr., with whom she shared 41 years of marriage until his passing on December 28, 2014.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, on April 3, 1953, Nancy was the daughter of the late Alexander and Eleanor (Conrad) Keenan, and stepdaughter of the late Anne Keenan.
Nancy graduated from Little Flower Catholic High School in 1971, and worked as a secretary for The Philadelphia Inquirer for 20 years. Nancy took great pride in her Irish heritage, enjoyed cheering on the Phillies, and above all else, cherished and showered her family with love, relishing every moment spent together.
Nancy is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Melissa Klenk; her sons, Christopher (& Juliette) Klenk, Daniel Klenk, and Matthew (& Staci) Klenk; her grandson, Maddox DeWitt; her brothers-in-law, Steve (& Donna) Klenk and Rich (& Patti) Klenk; her nephews, Steven Klenk and Brian Klenk; and her nieces, Kristen Gluch and Allison Klenk.
Visitation will take place on January 8, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Houck & Gofus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 955 N. Charlotte St., Pottstown, PA 19464. A Life Celebration will follow at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nancy's memory to Stretch the Ride, 1611 Medical Dr., Pottstown, PA 19464, or online at https://strpottstown.com/.
