Nancy J. Dufel Klug died on 24 March 2024 in Altamont, NY while in hospice care.
She was born on August 3, 1950, in Amsterdam, NY to Arthur C. and Mary E. Dunagan Dufel. Her grandparents were Chester and Mary Elizabeth Morck Dunagan of Amsterdam, NY and Charles and Martha Severine Dufel of Tribes Hill, NY. In 1968, Nancy graduated from Wilbur H. Lynch H.S. and married Water C. Klug in June 1971. Her survivors are Walter Klug, her son Mark S. Klug, her siblings Mary T. Livermore, and Gary Dufel, along with nieces, nephews and several grand nieces and nephews.
Nancy worked at various jobs in Amsterdam, NY including Coleco Enterprises, Consolidated Novelty, and Brown Transportation.
Her private burial will be at the family's convenience.
