Born in New Bedford, MA, she was the daughter of the late Manuel N. Leonardo and Sophia (Moniz) Leonardo-Perry.
Nancy worked as an Office Worker for the Community College of Rhode Island Registrar's Office. She was a member of the Cranston YMCA.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Nancy A. Duschesneau, three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Gertrude Sliwa and Elsie Cosmos.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick.
