Nancy McFadden died peacefully in her beloved home on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
Nancy was born September 19, 1939, in Inwood, IA to Raymond and Abbie (Moreland) Jungersen.
Nancy dedicated her life to the hairdressing industry for 60 years, it was her passion along with sewing, gardening and caring for her beautiful home.
- Quoted from a good friend-
"There will never be anyone like Nancy. She accepted everyone, everything, every idea, every dream and lived her life as she chose to. Not to anyone else's standards, not to any one elses constraints or ideas. She was her own. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her."
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8: To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
Grateful for having shared Nancy's life are her daughter, Amy McFadden (Brett Thomas), son, Patrick McFadden, sisters, Judy Griffith, Sally Bailey, and Jill Linden, and many other loving family and friends.
Preceding Nancy in death are her parents, Raymond and Abbie (Moreland) Jungersen and her brother, Pete Jungersen.
