Nancy E. (Murch) Butler, age 56, of
Derry, NH, formerly of
Tewksbury, MA, passed away unexpectedly on December 11, 2025, at Parkland Medical Center in
Derry, NH.
Born in
Malden, MA, on June 14, 1969, Nancy was the beloved daughter of the late Richard N. and Carolyn H. (O'Neill) Murch. One of three siblings, she was raised and educated in
Tewksbury, MA, where she formed many lifelong friendships. Nancy was a proud graduate of Tewksbury Memorial High School, Class of 1986.
In 1993, Nancy married her sweetheart, Jeffrey A. Butler. The couple settled in
Derry, NH, where they made their home and raised two wonderful children who were her greatest pride and joy. Nancy loved her community and was blessed with a circle of wonderful friends and neighbors.
Family was the heart of Nancy's life. She showered her loved ones with unconditional love and support, offering guidance, strength, and encouragement. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend; she was always ready to lend a hand or a kind word.
Before health challenges led her to retire, Nancy worked as a property manager for KS Partners, a commercial real estate company. Known for her strong work ethic, dependability, and warm personality, she was both respected and cherished by her colleagues.
Nancy possessed a natural artistic talent-she loved to draw and paint, creating beautiful works that she shared proudly with family and friends. Her creativity, spunky spirit, kindness, and unwavering faith will forever be remembered by all who knew her.
Nancy is survived by her devoted husband, Jeffrey Butler; her beloved children, Ryan Butler of
Derry, NH, and Kaylee Butler of Fall River, MA; her dear siblings, Richard Murch, Jr. and his wife Leigh of Londonderry, NH, and Christine Cole and her husband Richard of Lisbon Falls, ME. She also leaves behind many cherished brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends. Nancy adored her "fur babies," especially her dog, Blue and she treasured the memory of her best friend, the late Melissa Souza.
