Nancy Sue Ogden, 63 of Huntsville; passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville. She was born Tuesday, October 10, 1961, at Huntsville to Ray and Lovella Ernesteen Smith Harvey.
Nancy married Michael Dale Ogden on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at Eureka Springs, Arkansas and together they nurtured a loving family of five children. Nancy was a CNA at Edgewood Health and Rehab and a member of the Sonora Baptist Church. She adored animals and enjoyed embroidering, gardening and tending to her yard. Nancy was a warm comical person who treasured every moment with her children.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Lovella Harvey and seven brothers; Charles "Slim", Don, Larry, Harry, Kenny, Roger and Myrick Harvey. She is survived by her husband, Michael Dale Ogden of the home, three sons and one daughter-in-law; Justin and Pamela Kirby of Altus, Aaron Kirby of Huntsville and Taylor Ogden of Seattle, Washington; two daughters, Jessica Hamilton of Ozark and Cynthia of Centerton; seven sisters, Jean Austin of Lowell, Marlene Cousins of Huntsville, Marilyn Mars of Pea Ridge, Catherine Clark of McKinney, Texas, Diana Ward of Bella Vista, Helen Shepherd of Green Forest and Kimberly Haines of Rogers; three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
