Nancy Potts Obituary

Nancy was a proud graduate of Johnstown High School and was a dedicated USPS Mail Carrier for over 20 years. She treasured Boston Terriers, especially her beloved Annie. She enjoyed drawing and painting, trips to Florida, activities at the Blendon Township Senior Center, where she had so many wonderful friends, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sons Donald (Carmen) and Shawn (Cari), her grandchildren Maria, Donald, Kayla, Zachary, Gabriel, Aidan and Sydney and her great-grandchildren William, Xavier, Matthew and Kayden. She is preceded in death by her parents Merlin and Katherine Ruth Heinlein.
Visitation will be February 28, 2025 from 6-8 pm at Moreland Funeral Home in Westerville, 55 E Shrock Rd. A Catholic Mass will be held at 11:30 am March 1, 2024 at St. Josephine Bakhita Parish 6077 Sharon Woods Blvd. A private burial will take place March 3, 2025.

I worked with Nancy at the Post Office and also briefly delivered mail to her residence. I will miss the friendly, thoughtful funny person that she was. Rest in peace.

My heartfelt condolences to Nancy's family.
Nancy and I worked together at the Post Office and I totally enjoyed whenever we would get a chance to chat and catch up with what was going on in the workplace.
She was such a joy to be around. She will truly be missed. Rest in Heaven Nancy!
