Nancy Elizabeth Raisor

Nancy Elizabeth Raisor, 96, widow of the late Vernon Raisor, passed away Monday, February 16, 2026. She was born in Vaughns Mill, Kentucky on December 2,1929 to the late Gracie Rogers and Paris Finney. Mrs. Raisor worked as a counselor for Charter Ridge.

She loved spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, and flowers.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Wanda (Dexter) Knight; daughters-in-law, Beverly Raisor, Lisa Raisor; grandchildren, Brandon Raisor, Kim Leet, Kristopher Raisor, Derek (Beth) Knight, Dalton Knight; great grandchildren, Jake Leet, Ryan Leet, Braelynn Raisor, Paisley Raisor, Lillian Knight, Edith Knight, Charlie Knight, Jake Raisor, Nash Raisor, Annabelle Raisor; special friend, Leslyn Wayne; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Raisor is preceded in death by her sons, Vernon David Raisor, James Thomas Raisor; sister, Marge Meins; and brothers, William Finney, Ray Finney.

Visitation will be held, Friday, February 20, 2026 from 10am-1pm at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing, followed by a funeral service at 1pm, officiated by Pastor Doug Piatt. Graveside will then take place at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens, Nicholasville, KY at 2:30pm. Serving as casket bearers are Bill Gibson, Derek Knight, Dalton Knight, Dexter Knight, Mark Stewart, and Johnny Adams. Honorary casket bearers include Brandon Raisor, Jake Raisor, Nash Raisor, Tracy Adams, and Kaity Askin. A reception will follow at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing from 3-5pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors, or Horticulture Club at UK.
