Nancy Randolph Obituary

Mrs. Nancy Sheene Randolph, 80, the widow of Val Randolph, passed away at her home on Saturday morning, March 7, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Nancy, the daughter of the late Robert and Iva Bradshaw Sheene, was born in Casey County, Kentucky on August 5, 1945. Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She was a homemaker and loved sewing and quilting. She shared a special bond with her grandson, Carson. Nancy was a member of The First United Methodist Church of Richmond.

Survivors include her daughter: Nora Randolph; her son and daughter-in-law: Val Jeffery and Holly Randolph; her grandson: Val Carson Randolph; one sister: Jan DeBord; one brother: Benny Sheene (Lorene); a sister-in-law: Billy Sheene; an honorary granddaughter: Pam Grant as well a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband and her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by two daughters: Kimberly and Mary Ann Randolph and a brother: Bobby Sheene.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Nettleton officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for a time of visitation, beginning at 12:00 Noon Thursday at the funeral home.
