Nancy Lee Schoedel

Nancy Lee Normand Schoedel, age 85, of Zelienople, formerly Ross Township, on March 3, 2025. Born in Pittsburgh, PA on June 9, 1939, daughter of the late John Normand and Viola Rosenblatt Normand. Beloved wife for 61 years of the late Joseph A. Schoedel. Loving mother of John Schoedel (Michele) and Diane Maple (Jeff). Sister of the late Janice Gianni. Dear grandmother of Bo Schoedel (Alysha), Seneca Agens (Brian), Savanna Mourer (Adam), Julia Maple, and Jacob Maple. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren, Sadie, Colton, Talon, Eric, Walter, Elliot, Harland, and Colin.
Friends received Friday 10-12 p.m. at Schellhaas Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ltd., 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown, where a blessing service will be held at 12 p.m. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery of St. Mary Church, Middle Road.
Nancy enjoyed shopping, sitting around a fire, and rooting for the Steelers and Pirates. Most of all she loved caring for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and truly devoted her life to family. She will be dearly missed. A special thanks to all of the friends and aides who cared for Nancy at Ridgecrest, formerly Atria of Cranberry Woods.
