Sister, Maryellen Jokerst of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Brother, Joseph (Judi) Sexauer of Cape Girardeau, MO; Sister-in-law, Geralyn Sexauer of Saint Louis, MO; Nieces and Nephews, Clint (Dorothy) Jokerst, Matt Jokerst, Katelyn (Jeremiah) Jokerst, and Grand-Nieces Lily Jokerst and Rosie Jokerst
Preceded in Death By:
Father, Vincent Sexauer; Mother, Elaine Sexauer; Two Brothers, Carl Sexauer, Paul Sexauer; Brother-in-law, Eugene "Beans" Jokerst;
Visitation will be at Church of Ste. Genevieve in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
Service will be at Church of Ste. Genevieve on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 11:00 am. The clergy will be Rev. Jacob Wessel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Autism Speaks.
Nancy was a member of Sainte Genevieve Catholic Church Choir including bell choir. Nancy received a scholarship for playing the trombone at Fontbonne University where she also received her degree in deaf education. She also achieved her Masters degree in Special-Ed education and helped change the lives of many students. Nancy's grace, patience, and generosity will forever live on in her family as well as the many students she instructed throughout her extensive career. Nancy was an avid golfer and enjoyed teaching students and family how to drive. She loved watching true crime shows, playing the piano, and was a prolific reader. Nancy will be deeply missed.
