Nancy Lee Shupe, 80, of Norwalk, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at her residence, surrounded by her family.

She was born February 25, 1946, in Norwalk, to the late Glenn and Geraldine (Gippy) Marett. She attended Norwalk High School and worked for many years at Fanny Farmer. She raised her family and retired after 28 years with Walmart. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing Bingo and cards with her family, puzzles and Sudoku.

She is survived by her children, David Lee Jr. (Samantha) of Monroeville, Michael Allen Shupe of Sandusky, Debroah Sue Shupe of Columbus, and Geri Elizabeth (Jeff Burlovich) Shupe of Norwalk; grandchildren, Abigail Marie Bishop, Cody Lee (Kelsey) Shupe, Melanie Ann Little, Michael Eugene Jr. (Maddison) See, and Amanda Lee See; great-grandchildren, Oliver, Finch, Miranda, and Mason; and her sister, Margaret (Tom) Messersmith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Shupe Sr.; son, Gary Eugene Shupe; sisters, Betty Marett and Velma Barnett; and brothers, Butch Marett, Donnie Marett, and Harold Marett.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, March 30, 2026, with Chaplain Sheila Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow at Milan Cemetery.

Memorial contribu-tions may be sent to Southern Care Hospice, 9501 Milan Road, Suite 2, Milan, OH 44846.
