I met beloved Nancy because of her battle of cancer. what little time i've known her, i've learned she was one of the strongest individuals I will ever meet. Nancy was always so excited to see me as I was her. I was one of her caregivers at Mayfair Manor. some of her family referred me as "the girl with the tattoo sleeve" until they learned my name was Maria. I absolutely adored Nancy. I strive to be as strong as she is. I say is because her memory will never be forgotten. it saddens me I met her under the circumstances I did as being her caregiver but it was an honor to care for her what time I did. I want to say thank you to her husband John for always being so welcoming and always keeping a smile. It made my job so much easier knowing I was helping people who are so special. She will be deeply missed.
