Parents Walt and Lois (Krienke) Houghton. She graduated at Durand High School. Married Alva Ray Zollar in Durand, Illinois on June 2, 1965. Nancy was employed at Amerock for 27 years. She loved working outdoors with flowers, yardwork, feeding her birds, all her grandchildren and going to church.
Survivors include son Randall (Mary) Zollar of Durand, Illinois; daughter Cheri (John) Boudin of Byron, Illinois; son Michael (Gina) Zollar of Durand, Illinois; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and sister Tami (Gary) Bielefeldt.
She was preceded in death by husband Alva Ray, daughter Debra Richey, parents Walt and Lois, sister Sherrilyn Kellicut and brother Ronald Houghton.
A funeral ceremony will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at McCorkle Funeral Home - Durand Chapel, 101 W. Main Street, Durand, IL with Pastor Rick Gleason officiating. Burial to be held at Durand Township Cemetery, Durand, Illinois. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
A memorial is to be established at a later date.
